With this survey we would like to collect valuable information and suggestions in order to continuously improve the interface between the ambulance service and the sports clinic - and to make the transfer of patients from the ambulance service to the sports clinic as smooth and efficient as possible - and vice versa, when patients are transferred from the sports clinic to the ambulance service for transport to another treatment facility.
